Der Vorschlag ist der Schulleiterin oder dem Schulleiter mit schriftlicher Begr\u00fcndung vorzulegen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Schulleiterin oder der Schulleiter unterrichtet den Schulelternbeirat \u00fcber alle wesentlichen Angelegenheiten des Schullebens.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die oder der Vorsitzende, die Stellvertreterinnen oder Stellvertreter sowie drei weitere Angeh\u00f6rige des Schulelternbeirats k\u00f6nnen an der Gesamtkonferenz mit beratender Stimme teilnehmen. An den sonstigen Konferenzen der Lehrkr\u00e4fte mit Ausnahme der Zeugnis- und Versetzungskonferenzen und solcher Konferenzen, an denen ausschlie\u00dflich Personalangelegenheiten der Lehrerinnen und Lehrer behandelt werden, k\u00f6nnen bis zu drei Beauftragte des Schulelternbeirats teilnehmen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Der Schulelternbeirat hat das Recht, bei der Schulleiterin oder dem Schulleiter Vorstellungen gegen Ma\u00dfnahmen zu erheben, welche seiner Meinung nach die Grunds\u00e4tze des Art. 56 Abs. 2 bis 5 und Abs. 7 Satz 2 der Verfassung des Landes Hessen verletzen. Kommt eine Kl\u00e4rung nicht zustande, kann der Schulelternbeirat Beschwerde beim Staatlichen Schulamt einlegen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus \u00fcbt der Vorstand des SEB am GGG stellvertretend f\u00fcr alle Eltern folgende Aufgaben aus:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Aussch\u00fcssen der Schule (z.B.
